Arsenal and Mikel Arteta were busy over the summer making several signings to boost their squad.
Having finished second to Liverpool last season, Arteta is keen to prove his side can win the Premier League with his additions.
Arteta added both offensive and defensive weapons, including Viktor Gyokeres and Cristhian Mosquera.
The club also signed two players from the Premier League: Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze.
Both have impressed in Arsenal’s kit, and there’s still plenty of time for both signings to make big impacts.
Former Tottenham star Gary Lineker has revealed his thoughts on the signings that Arsenal made.

What did Lineker say about Arsenal’s additions?
Speaking on The Rest is Football podcast, Lineker discussed the additions that Arsenal made during the transfer window, saying, “The new signings have, by and large, settled in really well.”
Lineker was delighted by Madueke and named him as a player with “a real threat.”
Lineker continued, “Eze has done some nice stuff since he arrived. Gyokeres has got his goals. Zubimendi is a lovely footballer, really intelligent player.”
Gyokeres has opened his Arsenal account already with three goals in the league through four games.
The former player praised the club’s hierarchy by saying, “In fact, it looks like the recruitment has been good, because we all know how important recruitment is in football now.
“Whatever your budget, it’s how you spend it. And if you don’t, if you spend it badly and make mistakes, you’ll be punished. So, I think Arteta will be hugely encouraged by that.”
