What will Jerry Jones have to say about arguably the most consequential trade in Cowboys history?
Micah Parsons is gone. His four years in Dallas will be remembered as some of the best for a pass rusher in franchise history, but they’re now the past; the Cowboys finally caved on a decision to their high-profile hold-in on Thursday, trading Parsons to Green Bay in exchange for two first-round picks and DT Kenny Clark.
Between Parsons’ age, Hall of Fame trajectory, and historic contract extension with the Packers, plus the two first-rounders heading to Dallas, Thursday’s trade will have monumental consequences for both teams.

While Parsons noted that he wanted to stay in Dallas, Jones and company showed no initiative in making that happen, leading to the star defender officially requesting a trade in early August, holding in during practices and preseason games, then eventually being dealt to Green Bay on Thursday.
