Nikola Jokic, arguably the best basketball player on the planet, will suit up for his country at the 2025 EuroBasket tournament.
Jokic plays for Serbia, which was surprisingly bounced in 2022 by Italy in the Round of 16 despite going 5-1 to open the tournament.
Jokic, a three-time NBA MVP for the Nuggets, led his country with 21.7 points, 10.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game in 2022, his only EuroBasket appearance.
Now, he’ll lead a squad that includes other NBA players like Bogdan Bogdanovic and Nikola Jovic.
