The Catalan side won’t want to lose Olmo, but their financial state could play a big part in selling the midfielder.
Tottenham are eyeing Olmo for his creativity and attacking threat, as the Spanish midfielder had 19 goal contributions last season.
Barcelona, in turn, are looking to register their new signings, but their financial situation might not let them register Gerard Martin, Roony Bardghji, and Marcus Rashford.
Selling Olmo would help Barcelona ease their financial burden, and it would also give Tottenham a big boost in midfield, especially without Maddison.
