
The ongoing contract saga surrounding Dallas Cowboys superstar defensive player Micah Parsons has been the talks of early training camp, and now the fans are letting their voices be heard as well.
In an offseason where several top pass rushers across the NFL are getting contract extensions that pay them handsomely, Parsons has not yet received his as he is in the final year of his rookie contract. On Saturday, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones spoke to the fans who let him hear their displeasure, breaking out in a “Pay Micah” chant as he tried to address them.

Before the start of the 2025 season, several high-profile pass rushers across the NFL have received contract extensions, including Myles Garrett, T.J. Watt, Maxx Crosby, while Parsons, Trey Hendrickson, and Aidan Hutchinson all wait for their new contracts.Â
