Taylor, who is 24-1 in her career, topped Serrano last November to retain the WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO and The Ring belts in the co-main event on Netflix of the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson event. She also won the first meeting between the two back in 2022.
Serrano, the reigning unified featherweight champion, owns a record of 47-3-1 with 31 of those wins coming by knockout. Her only other loss besides the two Taylor defeats came in 2012 to Frida Wallberg in Sweden.
The main card will also feature three other title fights, as Alycia Baumgardner and Jennifer Miranda meet for the undisputed super featherweight championship, Savannah Marshall and Shadasia Green meet to unify the IBF and WBO super middleweight belts, and Ellie Scotney and Yamileth Mercado battle for the unified super bantamweight belt.
Baumgardner hit 130 pounds for her fight while Miranda came in at 129.4; Marshall was 167 and Green 167.2; and Scotney came in at 121.6 and Mercado at 119.6.
