Kay Adams looks tiny next to NFL star and fans can’t believe the height difference

NFL reporter Kay Adams never shies away from a good interview or from asking some of the tough questions that fans want an answer to.

But during one of her recent sit-downs on her “Up and Adams” show, the attention was focused less on the questions and more on the massive height difference between her and Kansas City Chiefs guard Trey Smith.

During the taping, the 6-foot-6, 320-pound NFL player towered over her, and fans couldn’t get enough of it, with many leaving punny comments on social media.

“Even knowing that Kay is tiny and Trey is gigantic, seeing the size difference between these two humans is shocking,” one person commented.

“Kay Adams is such a Polly Pocket,” another person wrote on X.

“The man is gigantic y’all don’t even look like the same species,” someone else echoed.

“Can we get Kay a stack of books to sit on?” wrote another.

“That chair is fighting for its d*** life,” another person added.

Trey Smith opens up to Kay Adams about the Chiefs’ Super Bowl loss to the Eagles

Despite the size distraction, Adams managed to stay focused during her sit-down chat with the Kansas City Chiefs star, who opened up about the team’s 2025 Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

“I think you need losses in life to learn from it,” Smith said. “You need adversity to create endurance. It helps build character from that as well. If you go and win, win, win; you don’t have any negativity that comes your way and you get used to it.”

He continued, “You become complacent. I think that’s the beautiful thing about a loss. It taught us how much it hurts to lose compared to how great it feels to win.”
