Levi Colwill has become the latest in a long line of Chelsea players to shower praise on their teammate Moises Caicedo.
Moises Caicedo, 23, has developed into a sensational player and key figure in the Chelsea squad since joining from Brighton nearly two years ago.
The all-action defensive midfielder is one of the first names in the starting XI because of his consistent top-class performances.
Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez recently praised Caicedo as the world’s best defensive midfielder, and now Colwill has also made a similar claim.
The young Englishman included Caicedo while naming his all-time favourite XI during a segment on Chelsea’s official website.
He followed it up by confidently predicting that the Ecuador international will grow into one of the best midfielders in the world.

What Colwill had to say about Caicedo
When discussing Blues teammate Caicedo, Colwill said: “I’ve played with him for a couple of years now, and I’d put my house on him becoming one of the best midfielders in the world.
“I don’t know how he’s that good, but he just is. He’s an absolute joke of a player. He is amazing, so I can easily put him in there.”
Given Caicedo’s exponential growth in the last two years at Chelsea, it is easy to see why Colwill rates him so highly.
If the Ecuador international can continue performing at this high level consistently, he could easily go on to become one of the best midfielders in the world, as Colwill has predicted.
