NHL Draft radio coverage: Station, channel, streaming options to listen live to 2025 hockey draft broadcast

The 2025-26 NHL season comes into focus for the first time this weekend with the 2025 NHL Draft.

The two-day event takes place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles with Round 1 slated for Friday night. The six subsequent rounds will follow Saturday.

The Islanders, surprise winners of this year’s draft lottery, will make the first selection. They’re expected to take Matthew Schaefer, a dynamic skater and the recipient of the Canadian Hockey League Top Prospect Award for 2025. He previously played for Erie in the CHL.

From there, the draft is full of highly talented centers. The player pool includes 18-year-old Michael Misa, Swedish skater Anton Frondell, Boston College’s James Hagens, and Caleb Desnoyers. There’s plenty to go around.

Seven teams are equipped with multiple first-round picks, including the Sharks, who tout the No. 2 selection. Nashville and Philadelphia each have three first-round picks.

Here’s everything that you need to know about listening to the 2025 NHL Draft on the radio, including complete coverage from SiriusXM.
