The Philadelphia 76ers are facing a franchise-defining outcome on Monday night.
The NBA Draft lottery takes place, and the 76ers might have the most suspense awaiting them outside of the No. 1 pick.
Philadelphia only maintains its selection if it gets a top-six pick in this year’s draft. Anything No. 7 or below goes to the Thunder.
The 76ers have a 64.6% chance of staying in the top-six, per ESPN. That leaves 35.4% chance of OKC getting a pick.

It’s especially important timing for Philadelphia because of the rest of their players’ timelines.
Joel Embiid faces a career-impacting injury crisis. Paul George is either usually very hurt or very struggling.
And Tyrese Maxey, while a revelation in 2024-25, also has question marks over his head.
The best way to make it all work is to land an uber-effective player at a low cost. That’s what a nice solid draft pick will do for you.
If the 76ers don’t get the pick, they might have to consider more of a rebuild than a simple retool.
So stay tuned on Monday night to where that Pickers choice is a bad.
