The San Francisco 49ers had a brutal 2024 season.
Much of that was due to the injury problems for superstar running back Christian McCaffrey.
Now, the news is looking good for CMC.
Star fullback Kyle Juszczyk shared with The Athletic’s Vic Tafur that McCaffrey is doing very well.
“Christian is arguably the best player in the NFL,” Juszczyk told Vic Tafur. “He was the offensive player of the year two years ago. He changes everything, and he looks incredible. He looks so healthy. He looks so explosive.”

McCaffrey dealt with Achilles tendinitis at the start of last season.
Then, he suffered a PCL injury that ended his season soon after he returned to the field.
In all, CMC had 50 carries for 202 yards in 2024.
The year prior, he had 1,459 yards on the ground with 14 touchdowns.
If he’s back to full strength, it’s a huge deal for the 49ers.
