For a long time, Pablo Sandoval was a household name in Major League Baseball. He has three World Series titles, two All-Star game trips, and even a World Series MVP trophy on his mantle.
Sandoval is most known for his time with the San Francisco Giants, and then he played with the Boston Red Sox, the Giants again and then the Atlanta Braves.
His most recent stint in the majors was in 2021, although he had just 13 hits in 86 at-bats. He then signed with the Giants again, this time on a minor league deal, but didn’t make the Opening Day roster ahead of the 2024 season.
Yet, believe it or not, Sandoval is still smashing home runs.
In 2024, Sandoval signed a deal with the Staten Island FerryHawks, which is a member of the North Division of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. That year, he hit 10 home runs with 79 RBI in 120 games.
Well, Sandoval is back to crushing baseballs again. Recently, a clip surfaced of a mammoth home run he hit on May 5 with the FerryHawks.

In 2024, Sandoval also made some brief stints on the mound, throwing 7.1 innings of shutout baseball and allowing just five hits, so the 37-year-old is still playing baseball, although it’s a far cry from the majors.
As of May 11, Sandoval has three home runs and 11 RBI in 15 games with the FerryHawks.
