Ever since Myles Garrett was traded to the Rams in early June, L.A. had been favored to win the Super Bowl.
That reign ended last week.
After the Rams fell to 2-4 with a stunning loss to the Cardinals, their division rival, the 49ers, took over as the new favorite.
But in Week 7, San Francisco suffered its first loss of the season against the Falcons, while the Rams, Seahawks and Cowboys all bounced back with big wins.
Was that enough to shake up the top of the oddsboard once again?
Let’s take a look at the latest Super Bowl odds at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Oct. 27.

Here’s what to know about the Super Bowl LXI oddsboard:
The Favorite: The 49ers remain the outright Super Bowl favorites, but their odds have slipped from +540 to +580 after their first loss of the season against the Falcons. San Francisco is now 5-1, and the injuries continue to pile up. Brock Purdy has been playing at an MVP level, but with a growing injury list and the Rams and Seahawks rounding into form, how much longer can the 49ers hold on to the top spot?
NFC West: The Rams got back on track with a huge road win over the Raiders on Sunday, as Matthew Stafford became the franchise’s all-time passing touchdown leader. With Myles Garrett expected back soon, L.A. could have the pieces to overcome its slow start. Meanwhile, the Seahawks dominated the Chiefs, holding Kansas City to its fewest total yards (213), first downs (11) and red-zone drives (zero) in any regular season game started by Patrick Mahomes. With one of the NFL’s best defenses and Jaxon Smith-Njigba playing at a historic level, Seattle is making its case to go back-to-back.
Steelers and Cowboys Rise: The Steelers improved to 5-2 with an impressive win over the Saints in France, and history is on their side. Pittsburgh has made the postseason in 10 of the previous 11 seasons in which it started 5-2 or better. Aaron Rodgers also reached two milestones, joining Tom Brady as the only quarterbacks with 20 wins at age 40 or older and throwing his 540th career touchdown pass to move past Peyton Manning for third all-time. Does the Rodgers-Mike McCarthy duo have one more Super Bowl run in them? Vegas is warming to the idea, as Pittsburgh’s odds surged from +12000 to +6500. The Cowboys also moved up the Super Bowl oddsboard from +3500 to +3200 after earning their first win in Philadelphia since 2021. Dallas is now 24-9 in division games since 2021, tied for the best record in the NFL over that span. Dak Prescott also moved into second place on the Cowboys’ all-time quarterback wins list with 86, passing Hall of Famer Roger Staubach and trailing only Troy Aikman (94). While Dallas boasts one of the league’s best offenses, its defense remains a major concern. The Cowboys have allowed at least 20 points in 14 straight games, the longest streak in franchise history and the longest active streak in the NFL by eight games.
