Where to watch LSU vs. Florida baseball today: TV channel, live streams, start times for SEC series

LSU and Florida are set to clash for the first time since the 2023 College World Series, when the Tigers outlasted the Gators in a best-of-three championship series.

While the two squads are undeniably potent, they have both endured struggles early in the 2024 season.

No. 4 LSU (18-4) suffered its first speedbump last weekend against Mississippi State, dropping two of three to the Bulldogs to open SEC play. The Tigers allowed 33 runs across the three games, including a 15-5 mercy-rule defeat in the series finale.

Tommy White, one of the heroes from last June, is off to a strong start, with six home runs and a 1.028 OPS entering the weekend.

No. 8 Florida (13-7) began its SEC slate by taking two of three against then-No. 4 Texas A&M. It marked a positive step for the Gators, who previously held the worst team ERA in the SEC on the heels of a subpar nonconference showing. On Sunday, two-way player Jac Caglianone pitched 5 1/3 innings of one-run ball to help Florida take the series against the Aggies, who had previously been unbeaten.

And yet the Gators followed up the positive showing with a disappointing, midweek loss on Tuesday to Jacksonville, their season of fits and bursts continuing.

Here’s what you need to know about the pending three-game set between No. 4 LSU and No. 8 Florida, including broadcast information and start times.
