
After securing UEFA Champions League qualification for the 2025/26 season and clinching the Conference League title, Chelsea look set for a busy summer transfer window.
Despite reportedly agreeing a move to sign Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap, the Blues are in no mood to rest on their laurels, and they have now turned their attention to signing another attacker.
Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho has been consistently linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, and according to a report by The Sun, the winger has now told his agent to secure a sensational transfer to Chelsea.
The 20-year-old was told to ‘find a new club’ by United boss Ruben Amorim following his comments after their Europa League final loss to Tottenham.
However, the Argentina international is also attracting interest from Napoli, has instructed his camp to make clear to Enzo Maresca he wants to remain in the Premier League.
A source close to the rumoured deal said, “Alejandro knows the Premier League is the best in the world.”

“And while he’s had some good moments at United, he wants to establish himself as a world star.
“England is the best place to do that, and Chelsea have assembled a lot of good young players”

The source aded: “Garnacho seems to think he’s the next Ronaldo and this was his ‘exit interview’ moment, like he wanted to annoy people so much, there was no option but to sell him.
“It’s not gone down well with the rest of the United players. There’s a feeling that while he’s a good player, he’s not quite as good as he thinks he is.”
