Adrian Curiel vs. Sivenathi Nontshinga 2 undercard: Complete list of fights before main event in 2024 boxing match

Adrian Curiel heads home to Mexico to make his maiden defense of the IBF light flyweight title in a rematch with Sivenathi Nontshinga on February 16. The 12-round bout, plus undercard action, will air on DAZN.

Curiel (24-4-1) turned pro in 2016. “Gatito” lost against Cristian Gonzalez Hernandez in 2021 and is currently on a nine-fight win streak.

Facing Nontshinga in November, Curiel knocked the talented South African out cold in two rounds, earning himself gold and The Sporting News’ 2023 Upset of the Year.  He now looks to prove his win wasn’t a fluke in front of family and friends.

Nontshinga (12-1) turned pro in 2017. He outpointed Hector Flores Calixto in September 2022 to win the IBF light flyweight title and defended against Regie Suganob before the Curiel setback.
